The town's History Committee, appointed by the Selectmen, is in charge of the historical collections.
Because committee is not charged with making the collection accessible or with education, the Topsham Historical Society was formed to help make the town's collection more accessible and to undertake regular programming, publications, and other educational activities about the history of the town.
Activities:
The Committee meets the second and fourth Thursdays from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Topsham Municipal Building.
